Originally from Rochester, NY and now living just outside Tampa, I bring a rare mix of engineering experience and real-world construction knowledge to the real estate industry. I hold a civil engineering degree, I’m licensed in Real Estate in both New York and Florida, and I’ve been involved with new construction for over 45 years. That background gives me an honest, trained eye for the quality of a home.
Before real estate, I spent 35 years in corporate America as an engineer. That career shaped how I work: I’m a critical thinker, very process-driven, and I like to make sure every detail is handled the right way the first time. I’m also someone who listens closely, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about helping people reach their goals. I enjoy meeting new people, understanding what matters most to them, and guiding them through what can be a stressful process with confidence and clarity.
